Reschedule, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations: No fee with 12+ hours' notice. Within 12 hours, a 50% fee applies unless the spot is filled. Less than 3 hours' notice incurs a 100% fee.
No-Shows: Full session fee charged. After two no-shows, prepayment is required.
Clinic Cancellations: No charge; rescheduling or refunds provided.
