For all services provided independently by remedial massage therapist Dylan Haasnoot, the Reschedule, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy (Updated 22/01/2025) applies. For any appointment made with affiliated clinics, please refer to the clinic’s policy, as their terms may differ from those of independent services.
Reschedule, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy (Updated 22/01/2025)
I respect your time and aim to provide high-quality care to all our clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency in scheduling, I kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies:
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your scheduled time without any fee.
Rescheduling requests made within less than 12 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, unless your appointment slot can be filled with another client.
Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, unless your appointment slot can be filled with another client.
Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice will incur the full session fee, unless your appointment slot can be filled with another client.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.
After two no-shows, prepayment may be required to book future appointments.
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
If I am unable to provide the service at the scheduled time, you will not be charged, and any prepayments will be refunded in full or applied to a future session.
Any fees incurred due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are not claimable through any health insurance provider. These charges are the client’s responsibility and are separate from treatment fees.
I understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assess each situation individually and may waive fees at discretion.
